Briefly explain about CONCATENATE Function?

It is a TEXT function
Through this process we can join two or more cells data into single cell

Where we can find the CONCATENATE Function in excel sheet?

Functional Arguments of CONCATENATE Function:

Syntax:

= CONCATENATE ( text1, text2, ... text255 )

Points to Remember

Maximum 255 TEXT entires can be added to CONCATENATE Function
Text entry i.e, Text1,Text2,Text3...Text255 either of:

(i)Words
(ii)Numbers
(iii)Cell Reference
(iv)Blank Spaces

Each and every entry must be seperated by COMMA(,)

If you want to provide space between Word to word we need to mentione space in between double quotes" "

Concatenate with PINCODES

In this case i am concatenating PINCODES with district names

Functions Used:

CONCATENATE FUNCTION
V_LOOKUP FUNCTION

First retrieve the pincode through v_lookup function from the Table
Resulted pincode, concatenate with Column "A" postoffice.
